NORM REVO™ Technology has a wide range of applications in the cleaning and deactivation of industrial facilities intended for the extraction, transportation, processing and storage of oil, natural gas and uranium, such as:

• perfect cleaning and removal of radiation from ESP systems
• cleaning and removal of radiation from Coiled tubing
• routine maintenance of offshore oil rigs
• cleaning and deactivation of decommissioned oil platforms
• routine maintenance of transit furnaces, cleaning and renovation of oil refineries, nuclear power plants, heat exchangers, etc.

The transfer rate of radioactive NORM elements into the working solution depends on the ratio of mutual binding forces between the NORM salts, the tubing surface and the voltage tension in the working solution.

To prevent the transfer of NORM salts into the working solution is necessary to balance these binding forces. The working solution is consist of unique components. A special mixture of the working solution is assembled by the appropriate composition and ratio of the individual components. This mixture does not chemically react with the metal surface of the tubing, and it does not react with NORM salts when removing radioactive NORM salts from the tubing surface.

The equipment is capable of working for a maximum of 300 days a year. The service life of the equipment is up to 20 years, depending on the design chosen by the customer and the materials used. The equipment can be adapted to any climatic conditions for work anywhere on land and at sea. The warranty period for the equipment is 12 months from the date of commissioning, no longer than 18 months from its acceptance with delivery parity Ex Works according to Incoterms.
